Summary
In reply to Rosenberg's letter, he says that he will be glad to lend him Courbet's painting La Blonde Endormie [The Sleeping Blond Woman] for the exhibition he is mounting in London. It should be insured for 1,300 pounds. He says that the frame is still in Nice and asks if Rosenberg can find a suitable one. Matisse's health his improving thanks to walking. He's hardly working at all.
