Summary
Giving him instructions on how to get to her home in Champrosay. She says her house is not in great shape because the steps are missing for her to go upstairs to paint. However, he'll see other paintings by her in his gallery. She's working outdoors in the forest when the weather is good. Delacroix's house is close to hers and they share a wall between their gardens. She says that if Monsieur Emile is with him, Rosenberg should tell him to send her two canvases to paint on. Charbo [in Paris] hasn't sent her anything. She hopes he'll come visit despite the lack of comforts in her house. Her legs are bothering her--"legs of a sick dog."
