Summary
Reporting on the Committee meeting at which both Mr. Chesterton and Mr. Tracey were in attendance and his advance to Mrs. Morson of £50 for petty cash; reporting on his visit with Mr. Hardwick "...to the ground yesterday, and went minutely over it, and the immediate neighbourhood. I mentioned something to him in reference to the position of such houses as you may build which I will mention to you, and which I think you will quite agree with. We afterwards went to 'The Model Buildings' - a collection of small houses which I visited when they were first erected by a Society, and which I should greatly like you to see one day. I enclose the plan. The chip shall be duly presented. We were obliged to go to Press again with Bleak House No. 1, last night."
