Provenance
The letters formed part of the Burdett-Coutts sale (Sotheby, 17 May 1922); they were purchased for Oliver W. Barrett in whose collection they remained until it was sold by his son (Parke-Bernet, 31 October 1951).
Summary
Saying that he is a little uneasy as he hasn't heard from her; writing that he will be in London next Saturday for the last performance of "The Frozen Deep" and could come see her any time between 11 and 2; sending kind regards to Hannah Brown.
