She thinks the simplest thing to do will be to send it to Cologne, an she'll go to pick it up, either from Monsieur Charlier [perhaps Guillaume Charlier, a Belgian sculptor] whom Rosenberg knows or from Mr. Feinhals, of the Feinhals Tobacco Company, who will forward it to her. Her package from M. and Mme Groult still has not arrived. She says that a friend (Yvonne Crotti) is having a leather jacket made for her, but since Crotti's finances are limited, she can't give Laurencin the 400-600 francs she needs as an advance payment. She wrote to her to go see Rosenberg, and she asks him if she should write a blank check and if he can advance her the sum. She is busy painting in Düsseldorf. She is well and is looking forward to being able to take the train whenever she feels like it.
