Informing him that the weather is nice and that she is going out with her [Dusseldorf] friends again, creating memories for later [when she returns to France]. She's working on very small paintings, which, in any case, are easier to work on than big ones. She can't wait to get back to Paris. She's afraid that the landlord there will throw her out and asks Rosenberg for reassurance that that won't happen. She will recount the pleasant moments she has spent with her old navy friends. She tells him that he need not be concerned about difficulties she may have with her separation.
