Summary
Saying that she has no idea exactly where she is--probably in Bavaria. She's returning slowly to Baden-Baden. She has begun a painting and thinks she will do another. She is swimming, rowing, dancing, and writing a large number of letters to her friends in Paris. She saw about 20 Picassos and a few drawings by her at the home of a man of taste (not because he had works by her). She's finding that the Germans don't like when French people speak French and are unbelievably anti-Semitic. There are signs of this everywhere.
