Summary
Laurencin says that if they tried hard, they would have probably found something less shocking for the man and most of all for the woman who is a painter. She'll take care of it when she returns in a few months (Sept.-Oct.). She wrote to her friend Yvonne Crotti, the very person who is supposed to ask Rosenberg for money to pay for Laurencin's leather jacket, that she wants to live with her in Neuilly, where she thinks Crotti has a studio. Laurencin is glad to be away from people. She isn't seeing anyone, but she is receiving letters from Paris every day. She says that the musicians who write to her are wonderful writers. She tells Rosenberg that the poets write the worst letters, but that he shouldn't repeat that to anyone.
