Stating that he received a letter form Macbeth Gallery that they have the "Last Supper" out at a museum and that he is waiting fir a trustee's meeting to hear about an answer; reporting to Rosenberg that McIntyre has expressed that the works will be delivered to him; giving excerpts from McIntyre's letter directed to what Rosenberg wants for Hartley's exhibition; adding that the "Three Friends" is still at the Chicago Art Institute and how slow moving the process is to get it back; updating Rosenberg on his slow recovery; (in postscript) asking Rosenberg to pass along his regards to Lipchitz if he sees him.
