Summary
Stating that her health is not strong enough to allow her to agree to an (unspeciifed) project suggested by Walford, as her brain is "still very irritable under any mental pressure"; going on to say that she believes "the revival", if "judiciously and spiritually conducted, would be profitable", but that she doesn't have "the courage to make the attempt yet."; noting that he has left the staff of Once a Week, and hoping that he has found "more agreeable duties in the field of letters", and adding that her suffering has lessened considerably, and that she is considering going to Wimbledon next March.
