Summary
Thanking Pratt for sending him some articles and a book of his verse and expressing his appreciation for Pratt's poems and his article on De Quincey; noting that he had hoped to mention Pratt's De Quincey article in his "Scotland book", but, "like other good things - e.g. de Quincey in Glasgow - it had, alas, to be left out."; informing him that he has gotten a copy of The Scot's Magazine, with Bell's "very inadequate article on Neil Munro", to send along to Pratt.
