Summary
Thanking him for his note on her return home from the mountains and saying that she is sorry to hear he is so burdened with work; describing in detail her ambitious climbing itinerary in Switzerland, Italy, and France, and adding "my guide mildly protested, but he enjoyed it amazingly;" describing ascents of the Matterhorn and the Weisshorn, among other mountains; saying that, while resting physically, she returned to her literary work immediately; listing the projects she has underway, including the translation of a German work on social science and her reconstruction of George Croom Robertson's psychology and philosophy courses; adding that she is not going to work on Robertson's courses on ethics and logics at present; mentioning that her marriage to T. W. Rhys Davids is not until the end of September and they leave for the United States on October 20th; promising to contribute a Buddhist volume to Knight's series.
