Enclosing a letter from Sir Henry Wellesley on behalf of her mother; saying "I am Commanded by the Queen to send you the enclosed letter which She received last night just after you left us. Her Majesty hopes it will give you as much pleasure as we have received from it and knowing that Sir Henry Wellesley is one of your particular friends She could not deny Herself the satisfactory of sending you the letter. The Queen also sends the Sun of last Night that you may read the Extraordinary Paper Published by the three disgracefull Englishmen at Paris - as She thinks You will say that in trying to excuse the[y] accuse themselves."
