Summary
Telling Knight that certain privileges are strictly limited to graduates and he doubts whether their Lordships would be inclined to extend them, though there will be a formal request; adding that this would not affect the examination for this year; saying that he has heard hints of "the circumstances regarding the school site" that Knight refers to, but this has not yet been officially communicated "in such a way as to render it possible for us to ask for the remarks of the School Board on the matter."
