Providing specific edits on the proofs of Knight's book; pointing out errors and supplying some additional information; saying he has written to the agent for the Le Fleming property to inquire about the description of Mary Hutchinson's pool (see MA 9909.13); adding "I think it would be right to show Mr. Fleming Green the passage respecting his family. If you will send me the sheet I will confer with him. He is a quasi-gentleman & might be offended at the liberty which I took with his name and sayings...Bishop Wordsworth of Lincoln is expected here next week."
