Housed with a manuscript, in French, listing eleven facts that prove that the Dutch are the enemies of the English, with a note, in English and in a different hand, "This Sheet was sent from some parts beyond Seas, without any date of time, or place, or name to it, enclosed in an Outside Cover, directed in French to the Speaker of the House of Commons & delivered to him in the Winter 1710-11."
