Saying that Jean had her pictures taken and tried to get Dick Clarke to write him; mentioning that he heard that Richard Haul(?) bought his house years ago; requesting that she give him information regarding some land and a shack he is interested in acquiring; asking questions about the land and house; adding that City Council told him he only has until June 15th before someone else takes it over; asking if she will act on his behalf in his absence and act in his best interest; saying that Vince knows he wants the least change possible to it and to keep it neat and clean, so in a few years he can develop it into something.
