The Rosenberg collection of artist letters consists of 227 letters and receipts between Paul and Alexandre P. Rosenberg and various artists regarding the purchase, selling, and exhibiting of artwork, World War II, and other business and family matters. The collection spans the 20th century and includes letters to and from Henri Matisse, Salvador Dali, Marguerite Durand, Georges Braque, Henri Pierre Roché, and others. There are approximately 19 letters from Jos Hessel, 24 from Marie Laurencin, and 8 from Max Weber.
