Summary
Regretfully informing Rosenberg that he has told his other dealers that he was planning an exhibition with Rosenberg and in effect those dealers then threatened to sever all business relations if the exhibition went forward; saying that due to the lack of a formal contract and the possible threat to his livelihood, he cannot undertake the exhibition and believes that Rosenberg will understand.
