Radiogram addressed to "Pablo Picasso / Rue Grands Augustins / Paris."
Telegram includes French message and translation in English with "Translation for the Censor: / The addressee is the well-known painter and a personal friend of the sender. Jo Davidson is the well-known American scuptor [sic], residing in New York, who is also of friend of both the sender and the addressee. Mr. Davidson is also Chairman of the Art Division of the Independent Citizens' Committee of the Arts, Sciences and Professions (the important cause referred to)" below the translation.
