Summary
Informing Rosenberg that Hessel's Vuillard painting "Le Thé," which was lent to the French Pavillion of the San Francisco World's fair was on board the "S.S. Wyoming" when the war broke out and was put into the port of New Orleans and stored there; saying that Rosenberg must obtain the proper release from the French Consul to obtain the painting; (postscript in manuscript from Walter Heil) hoping the above information is helpful and thanking him for the Van Gogh catalogue.
