Summary
Assuring her that he would "beg, borrow, or steal the number of the E.R." in Paris, but that he does not know where it is; noting that "the excellent, and not excelled, Caldwell speaks with admiration" of her work on on Racine, "No man is a better judge, and no man's taste is more justly fastidious-his praise is worth having"; assuring her that he will come to visit her as soon as he feels able.
