Summary
Saying that she was sorry to have missed him on Tuesday; giving her approval for Knight to "make any extracts from those letters. I hope to return them all to Heath's Court shortly, where I know Lord Coleridge wished them to remain, but while they are in my keeping here you shall see them whenever you like"; responding to Knight's suggestion about publishing a volume of Lord Coleridge's speeches: "I should like to have something done soon. I want to consult one or two of his literary friends about it, & I will let you hear at once what is proposed"; telling him that Milord, a collie, is improving: "... he was very ill for some days poor dog, & it is amusing now to see how he likes to be the invalid."
