Explaining that he left Little's letter with his Norfolk address behind and only recollects that Little was going to stay with Rider Haggard, and expressing his hope that if Little is still in the area, he will look Crane up; describing the attractions of Southwold and mentioning that the "P.M.G. are determined to have a Royal Commission on the R.A.", and adding that "The scheme for a really open exhibition - 'National' if you like - is the only weapon to fight them with ... & the only one they will mind"; mentioning that he is reading Little's book, What is art.
