Summary
Informing Knight that he is sending him a copy of the University of New Zealand's calendar, "by which you will see what are the Papers required for your Examinations" (referring to the examinations in history and political economy; in MA 9252.7, Carpenter offered Knight the examinership for these subjects); describing in detail the University of New Zealand's system for the Pass BA, Scholarship and Honors exams; asking Knight to send him the paper topics by the end of the following week, and to return the calendar.
