Concerning the proposal for a Women's College at St. Andrews; informing him that he had just "...seen the Attorney General - He wishes a written statement of the proposals and claims for the StA Women's College - Will you therefore kindly draw up such a document, of not more than 4 sides of large paper, and send it to me at Falkland. I think it had better be type-written; " adding, in a postscript, "Meeting of Univ. Court adjourned for some days."
