Summary
Concerning Knight's Memoir of John Nichol; saying he read it "...with great interest & think it very well done...My only regret is that you did not find it possible to insert more letters. The bit of autobiography seemed to me very well written. It is to be wished he had continued it over the next ten years of his life. Afterward things seemed to grow sadder with a sort of sense of disappointment."
