Summary
Apologizing for having "...given you so much trouble. I can find out the lecture on 'Good Words.' I was under the impression that last year in some publication at S. Andrews for a University professor the essay had been reprinted with some other writings of A. Lang & others. I know from Sir C. Dalrymple that you had some trouble with our friends the Shairps & feel sure you were right in insisting on the whole man being known. I am very glad to see, however, that the book will be out soon & I see that the Wordsworth Selections are nearly ready. I am reading Caird's Spinoza with great relish."
