Summary
Concerning his publication in 1838 on the "Rights of Patronage in Deans and Chapters"; saying "The first letter on the audacious Robbery of the deans and chapters, by a few interested Bishops, of which I spoke, as I fear & [illegible] - was sent the whole impression to Murray -distributed gratis to every Bishop! & half the Lords of Parliament & I have not even one copy myself! Doubtless, you might get one or Murray's but I do not even remember the exact Title!"
