Thanking her for thinking of her grandmother and for writing via EBB's father, Edward Moulton-Barrett: "there was one word in your Letter extremely well written--I kiss'd it very often--but I wd rather have welcom'd my dear little Girl herself & was in hopes Papa wd have brought you with him"; thanking her for her kind invitation and promising that "we will do ourselves the pleasure of paying your little Ladyship a visit very soon"; saying that she was glad to see EBB's father looking so well; telling her that her maternal grandfather, John Graham-Clarke, is in good health; sending love and kisses from herself and from Mary Trepsack to EBB's siblings, Edward and Henrietta, to her mother, and to her maternal aunt Charlotte Graham-Clarke.
