Summary
Telling EBB that Mary Trepsack is sending her extracts from all the daily papers; writing that he wants to encourage her in her political principles, not dissuade her from them; cautioning her, however, to be discreet "both towards the individual of whom you are writing & towards to whom you are addressing yourself"; referring her to Mary Trepsack for the news of the previous day's proceedings "which have convinced me more than ever that the House of Commons is the most blackguard hole a man can be found in."
