Expressing his pleasure at the recipient's decision to purchase the painting "Spring Time", and informing him, in response to a previous query, that it is not customary to put the names owners of pictures in the catalog, that the picture may be returned to the seller until December, that the "authorities" prefer to have unsold paintings only in the gallery, and advising him, therefore, to "have the picture home at once".
