Summary
Concerning a paper she has agreed to contribute to his book which will contrast Wordsworth and Hunt (see MA 3449.22); saying he would like to add to her essay with his comments and further suggesting "You will not forget the formal strength and didactico-critical dignity of Wordsworth's prose - nor the charming instructiveness to the age of Leigh Hunt's;" adding that neither Lady Morgan nor Mrs. Hemans will have portraits in his book as their portraits were in Chorley "...nor substantive articles. But the names of all good spirits will be mentioned that can be recollected, or found space for. There would be portraits of several - and there will not - because they are indisposed or have no portrait - or do not like 'to sit';" adding he will see Miss Mitford in Reading the following day.
