Summary
Accusing George of conspiring against her return to London with their father and brother Octavius ("Occy"); telling him that Dr. Scully is nervous about her embarking on any journey at all (especially by rail, which he forbids entirely), but that, since she has decided on it, he has acquiesced and recommended a carriage company; rejecting the idea of moving to Clifton instead; emphasizing the urgency of her return: "Oh Georgie--if I were well it wd be different--But as it is if the thing be not done now, I may be forced into quiescence in this place."
