Envelope with stamp and postmarks addressed to "Mrs Jackson/ Lisroyan [or Lisroynan]/ Sligo/ Ireland."
With a note in pencil on the verso of the letter in an unknown hand: "WB Yeats to his Aunt Alice Jane Jackson/ (nee Pollexfen) wife of my grandfather/ Arthur Jackson/ 26th Nov. 1917."
Alice Jackson was Yeat's aunt, the sister of his mother, Susan Pollexfen Yeats.
Yeats had married Georgie Hyde-Lees on October 20, 2017, and the couple spent part of their honeymoon at Stone Cottage in Sussex.
