Embossed letterhead: "High Elms,/ Farnboro', R.S.O./ Kent." On the left side: "Station-Orpington./ Telegraph Off. Farnboro', Kent."
John Lubbock was named to the peerage in 1900 and chose the title "Avebury"; he signs this letter as "Avebury".
