Summary
Telling to his recipient in a secretive language that their deal has gone unnoticed, probably referring to the transfer of the territory of Urbino to the Church, and that he appreciates his good disposition regarding the interest of his family and especially the Duke Luigi d'Este's; asking him to find out everything he can about a friend so that they would know what to do in such a delicate and important matter; thanking him for the close affection he shows even though they are far away.
