Summary
Saying to his recipient that he has again talked to Cardinal Paracciani - when they met last Thursday during a congregation - concerning the desired permission to have his daughter educated at the Convent of the Carmelites and that since the said permission could not be obtained by decree, the authority had been given to the local Bishop by special letter sent at four o'clock in the morning last Wednesday.
