Summary
Saying to his recipient that all he thus far was permitted to do to serve him and the magistrate of his hometown (patrias) regarding the several hundred bushels of grain bought from Girolamo Pennacchini and sequestered by Co: Quaranta Segni, was to have him state in court within two days (hopefully today) the justification of having been first (before Pennacchini) in buying up the grain; adding that as soon as the true facts are established, he should not doubt that in accordance with them the sequestration will be immediately lifted if the Count has equivocated.
