Saying to his recipient that the Sacra Consulta (papal court of justice before 1870) with reference to the abstract of the lawsuit regarding the disfigurement of Donna Francesca Grigioni decreed to sentence Pompeo Durante to serve five years as a galley slave and to pay a fine of 100 ducats; also that as far as the others are concerned, the matter is deferred until a new order of the Consulta is received.
