Summary
Saying to his recipient that Sig. Sebastiano Borgia Ciacci of Ancona wants to serve the public as Surgeon and that he is anxious to help him, that he, however, does not know anybody better to recommend him to than his correspondent; telling him that the person in question has all the qualities that this service requires, having practiced his profession for ten years under the direction of the famous Dottore Odoardo Giacci of Ancona for whom he substituted for many years, earning universal praise; adding that he therefore is convinced that if given the desired position, whoever will promote him, will gain honor and the public the best service; asking to introduce him, also on his behalf, to whoever might be concerned with appointing him and to pass the word also to Sig. Ant.o Palazzi or Sig. Galeotto Uffreducci who could act effectively together with him to obtain the desired goal for S.re Sebastiano.
