Summary
Saying to his recipient that he was pleased to learn that the service was satisfactory during Cardinal Spinola's visit about which he will not say anything more except add that if Cardinal Ludovisio who is said to travel to Florence, passes through here, his correspondent is already informed concerning what must be done; saying that regarding his own coach, he would have it serve His Highness, however, since it is probably true that there are better provisions for the horses up here, he will have it conducted here with the only result of offending a certain gentleman by the fact that the coach was operated by others and not him; (in his own hand) [a few lines concerning Cardinal Ludovisi].
