Summary
Saying to his recipient that he has received from the Abbot Francesco Briganti, their most vigilant procurator, their poilite letter (foglio) signed on the 8th of this month in which they informed him of the state of their affair with reference to the Cardinal Legat of Urbino's objection to state in court the arguments justifying title and ownership of their domains; adding that he will come to terms with Sig. Briganti in the future and assuring them that the esteem he has for them has not been nor will it ever be diminished.
