Summary
Thanking the Marchesa Potenziani for the power of attorney which will give her more power than she needs and which she will not abuse; assuring her that, in spite of what she has heard, she is feeling better and stating that she has not heard any news from her husband since the 23rd and they she only learned from the Marchesa about his going to Ancona; reporting that she will be attending the theatre this evening where the entire court will be assembled and mentioning a King and Queen, possibly Caroline and Joachim Murat (the latter having been appointed by Napoleon I to rule the Kingdom of Naples in 1808).
