Summary
Saying to a Count that Sig. Vici has spoken to him on behalf of Count Giulio regarding the site next to the rampart which he desires, but that since it has been conceded to Sig. C. Jesini of the Chamber until 1746, who wants to build on it, it will be given to him as is only fair; stating that since there are many sites available, the Count, his brother, can choose according to his taste, that he should make a petition for the quantity he desires to the President or simply send a letter of request to him; adding that concerning the price, he will see to it that he will not be disgusted at every turn and that it will be a good building, the design of which will have to be shown to him.
