Summary
Saying to his friend that he is grateful for his concern regarding his health, that he is getting completely cured and that his nourishment is meager, yet wholesome; adding that he goes horseback riding several times a month, takes necessary rests, does not study after dinner, and observes the regimen which the professor indicated on the sheet of paper he sent him; saying that he has not profited from this method which he has been religiously maintaining for many years, that his constitution is delicate and weak, that the strain and the untimely studies as secretary of the Cifra further exhausted his strength, and that he easily gets indigestion if he does not observe sobriety and a certain diet.
