Summary
Saying to Francesca della Branca Barzi Mosca that he had not expected to be able to help her so soon and so well with the contracts concerning her property (not belonging to her dowry) without the consent of her husband and that he is sending her the Pope's answer to her request; also saying that he has obtained it through the good offices of the Cardinal Auditor, but that the Pope granted her this favor unwillingly; adding she should take advantage of this opportunity and enjoy her freedom from too burdensome a subjection.
