Summary
Telling his recipient that he has discussed the rescission of the contract stiplated with Bishop of Bertinoro regarding Castelli and explaining to him that now the Bishop does not want to rescind it and pretends he pays him, regardless of the Pope's decision to annull the contract unconditionally; since he does not feel obliged to pay the Bishop, asking his recipient to give him advice so that he can defend himself and convince the Bishop and also to provide him with the information regarding the contract of Sir Zerbinati, his rescission, and the Pope's decree.
