Thanking his recipient for granting him the govern of the fortress of Casale, in Piedmont; saying that because of family matters due to the death of his uncle, his family would not like him to be far away, but he will nonetheless comply to his duties until September or October when he will go back to his hometown; assuring him of his readiness to serve him and of his cooperation with his cousin, Count Camillo Gonzaga.
