Informing Giulio da Montevecchio that Piero Strozzi left the encampment at Pescia and Montecarlo with his soldiers and is marching toward Brentina and Pontedera to cross river Arno and that the Marcherse di Marignano is following him with the army; telling him that Don Giovanni di Luna arrived in Pisa is ready to attack the enemies and advising him to be ready to defend himself; in the postscript, asking him to protect Poggio Imperiale with more soldiers, relying on Don Giovanni di Luna's foot soldiers as well as the Spanish troops coming from Corsica.
